• How do I track my order?

You will receive an e-mail once your order is confirmed. Once your order is processed, you will receive another e-mail containing your tracking number. Orders can be tracked from the USPS website. 

• How much is shipping?

Shipping on orders over $50 are FREE with promo code BEERME! All other orders that are domestic shipping in the United States are $9.90.

• How long does shipping usually take?

All orders are processed in 24-72 hours. Once your order has been processed orders are shipped out the next business day, USPS fulfillment times may vary.

• How long does a Great Goodie sleeve keep my drinks cold?

If your drinks have been refrigerated prior to being put into the sleeve, the sleeve will keep them cold for AT LEAST 3 hours! We have had drinks stay cold for 5+ hours in our Great Goodie sleeve coming out of an ice cold cooler!

• Can I return my item?
